1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RouteDrop ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RouteDrop is an iOS application that allows users to export workout routes from Apple Health as GPX (GPS Exchange Format) files. The App provides features including:

• Reading workout and route data from Apple Health
• Displaying workout statistics and route previews
• Exporting GPS routes as GPX files
• Sharing GPX files via iOS native sharing options

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RouteDrop. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RouteDrop only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices
• Use the App to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without explicit permission

5. Apple Health Permissions

RouteDrop requires permission to access your Apple Health workout and route data. By granting these permissions, you acknowledge that:

• RouteDrop will only access data necessary for its stated functionality
• You can revoke permissions at any time through iOS Settings
• Revoking permissions will prevent the App from functioning properly

6. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components
• GPX files generated by the App will be accurate or compatible with all third-party applications
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects in the App will be corrected

Accuracy Disclaimer: The accuracy of GPX exports depends on the quality of GPS data recorded by your Apple Watch or iPhone and stored in Apple Health. RouteDrop cannot guarantee the accuracy of location data.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUTEDROP AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the App
• Inaccurate GPS data or GPX exports
• Loss of data
• Unauthorized access to your device or data
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the App

8. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may add, change, or remove features in future updates. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

RouteDrop and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of its developers. These Terms do not grant you any rights to trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RouteDrop regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
